This product is made of a variety of esters, enzyme, dispersing agent, stabilizing agent and penetrating agent according to certain proportion of compound enzyme products, suitable for using secondary fiber pulp as raw material of paper mill, mainly by the larger adhesive material is decomposed into small adhesive material, which can be used with other additives to achieve the purpose of removing sticky powder.

Mechanism of action

Most adhesives contain a large number of ester bonds, which connect the basic structure of adhesives together, and esterase can break and destroy these ester bonds to reduce their viscosity and make it difficult to repolymerize in the system, which achieves the purpose of degradation, anti-coagulation and anti-deposition.

Source and harm of adhesive

In the process of waste paper treatment, the adhesive is very difficult to control due to its large viscosity, light weight, non-hydrophilic and wide melting point range, and it is easy to adhere to other substances and form co-precipitation.

the residual oxidising chemicals in the operating environment should be kept as low as possible to prevent enzyme inactivation
avoid unnecessary contact with products. Wash hands with water after use

Storage and packaging

Sealed storage in a cool and dry place, storage at 5-20ºC for six months activity will not reduce by 10%;
Products should not be frozen.
The standard packing is 20 kg/drum, the specific packing can be decided according to user's requirement.
